Great day at the 10k Holyoke Road Race. Ran into to some old friends and accomplished a goal. I almost didn’t run because of an injury a month ago, it stopped my momentum. I started running again last week and said I’m a do this anyway.

My body and I did much better than I thought. I believe the intermittent fasting helped big time. Goes to show never doubt yourself when you’ve already been putting in work both physically and mentally learning the body.

I have to credit the quick recovery to Bromelein from HealthyWills.com, Real Vitamins and Supplements.
