It’s the age old question - quantity of quality?
Listen - I don’t even like my answer. But the truth is...
you need both.
You need quantity because you need to get in front of the eyeballs of your customer. The only way to do that is by posting a ton. That way you have more of a chance of them seeing your message without spending any $$.
You need quality because this is your brand we are talking about. You can’t just throw something together. You need to be thoughtful about everything you put out there. If all you put out into the world is something quick and thoughtless they’ll equate that with your brand and with *you.*
There are ways to cut the time suck that is content creation in half. Sign up for premium services that allow you to schedule posts. Use templates where you can plop new posts in (ahem... this post is a template!) Many social media managers batch their posts. (I don’t... maybe I’ll explain why in the next few days.)
The point is, if your marketing strategy is to use social media for a good chunk of your outreach you need both quantity and quality posts. You can do it! Get creative and get crackin’.
