Neon service call. Customers transformer had to be replaced because they were turning it on and off from the pull chain which is flimsy. We always recommend using a power plus that has an on/off switch and leave the pull chain on the on position.

Customer wanted to fix the sign in parts. They originally had an outage on BLO in which we replaced their neon with LED. You can clearly see the difference between neon and led. This is so much more cost effective in terms for power consumption , and maintenance.
