We didn’t hire an ops team. We built one.

Most agencies run on people and a group chat. We run on infrastructure.

Two bots in production and one AI agent with 83 tools, wired into Telegram, Notion, Drive and the Instagram Graph API. About 29,500 lines of Python, running 24/7.

The tracker watches every working chat and turns it into accountable work: tasks, deadlines, shoot plans, alerts before anything slips.

The agent reads the same database and acts on it. It pulls analytics, builds content plans from what actually performs, transcribes calls, drafts reports.

And every tool sits behind a fuse: a role check, a confirmation before it writes, an audit log. Automation without guardrails is a liability, not an asset.

Here’s why that matters to you. An agency that engineers its own operations reads yours the same way. We don’t just make content. We account for the machine it runs on.

Save this if you’re building something that has to run without you.

Three months ago I couldn't write a line of production code.
Today a system of AI agents runs most of my agency. I'm closing the last of the loop.

The bottleneck was never money or headcount. It was translating what I wanted into a system that actually runs. AI collapsed that gap. So I stopped hiring for it and started building.

Not a chatbot. A closed operating loop across two production bots.

BACK OFFICE (delivery), live today: → operations: tasks, deadlines, shoot planning, tracked by convention across every client chat → content on standard: publish deadlines read from the live channel, weekly QA,
a reference bank scored for virality, content plans generated from it

FRONT OFFICE (revenue), partly live: → inbound triage: Instagram DMs, plus calls auto-transcribed and summarized into the CRM → finance: every expense and invoice logged and queryable → prospect research: the piece I'm closing now. Autonomous lead-gen is the edge.

The substrate: ~29,500 lines of Python. 83 tools wired into one Claude agent with role-based access control. 22 scheduled jobs. Webhooks into Meta / Instagram Graph through App Review, Notion, Google Drive. SQLite everywhere. Three months. Self-taught.

The point isn't the bots. Any one of them is replaceable. The point is the loop: lead → deal → production → retention, closing onto a single operator instead of five departments.

Most of it already runs.
I know exactly where the edge is. I don't think I've hit the ceiling yet.
Honest question for founders and builders: how much of a business can one person actually close onto themselves with agents before something gives? Team? Trust? Judgment? Where does it break?

Beautiful video is the easy part.
We shoot it every day.

The hard part is what happens after someone stops scrolling.
You've seen our reels: the light, the edit, the frame that makes you look twice.
We love making them.
But a gorgeous video that leads nowhere is still a video that leads nowhere.

So we don't stop at the shot.
Behind every account we run there's a system: who your guest is, what makes them book, where the content points them, and what the numbers actually say.

The video earns the attention.
The structure turns it into a full table.
Craft gets you seen. Structure gets you booked.
We build both.
Save this if your feed looks great but your calendar doesn't.

Only about 3% of your audience is ready to buy today. If all your content says "book now," you're ignoring the other 97%. The funnel we build for: cold, warm, ready. Content for each stage, not just the sale. laika.media
