Burgundy’s most anticipated new hotel has officially opened its doors. welcomed its first guests on April 30 following a five-year restoration of the historic 12th-century estate, set within its own Premier Cru monopole vineyard in the heart of Pommard.
The reimagined property features 37 rooms and suites overlooking the vines, including a circular tower suite, a cuverie-level suite above the w**ery, and a standalone four-bedroom villa debuting this June.

Rooted in Burgundy’s defining pillars of w**e, food, and slow travel, the property includes two restaurants, a working w**ery, a full-service spa with myBlend treatments, and a hair spa in partnership with Flora Lab Paris. Guests can also immerse themselves in the region through curated w**e experiences, hot air balloon rides, and cycling through the Côte de Beaune.
