WLPN@Ogilvy WLPN is one of many Professional Networks at Ogilvy & Mather NYC.

The Women's Leadership Professional Network (WLPN) at Ogilvy celebrates working females who strive to: increase support of women, share perspectives with differing generations, foster female leaders, serve as opinion leaders, and make a change. Each Professional Network is an affinity based forum, enabling individual members to actively participate and contribute in supporting the Ogilvy Diversity

& Inclusion strategy. Formed by employees with common interests, these groups, which are open to all employees, provide a supportive environment for the individual’s professional business development. The Networks also provide a formal link between diverse employee groups, the Employee Advisory Council and Ogilvy senior management.
