"I don't sell clothing, I sell confidence" is what I replied when a client asked me "what is your favorite thing to sell?" Today I am celebrating my 2-YEAR WORK ANNIVERSARY at the beautiful Nordstrom Flagship Store in New York City.
I am so honored and delighted to be a Personal Stylist at Nordstrom. I call it my "fashion playground." When I walk in to this beautiful building, I am surrounded by fresh new fashion, which means new opportunities to translate that fashion to my clients in a way that embodies their truest expression of self, elevates their confidence, and expresses their uniqueness, with style.
In addition, there have been so many amazing opportunities like attending Designer Showcase, New York Fashion Week, the CFDA breakfast, meeting creative directors, fashion designers, and executives from beauty and fashion brands I adore, meeting and styling international athletes and influencers, and being featured myself in Nordstrom social media campaigns (the style challenge at Zabar's being one of my favorites!)
Special thanks to my first manager, Taylor Britton who recognized my potential, welcomed me to the Stylist Team with enthusiasm, and to my current manager, Katy O'Beirne for her positive energy, and to Chris Wanlass for his leadership as VP of the Nordstrom Flagship Store.
Shout-out to my fellow fabulous stylists, amazing admins, and co-workers who are some of the most colorful, stylish, fun, diligent, and unique people I know! I swear sometimes I feel like I am walking into (the best) reality TV show, such a cast of characters. Working retail has its challenges and somehow, we all keep each other going, like a true “work family.”
And special thanks to YOU, to all my friends and family, clients and colleagues, and the amazing women in my world who have supported me through all the years as my business, and I, continue to evolve.
