🆘 URGENT: Help Save Chaim Bediner’s Bungalow Colony While He Recovers from Brain Surgery

💔 Stroke. Brain tumor. ICU. Feeding tube. Now he’s in a legal war to save the Sullivan County bungalow colony he worked 25+ years to maintain.

🧠 In 2024, Chaim (Dimitri) Bediner, a Jewish refugee from Ukraine, underwent 17½-hour brain surgery, after already surviving a stroke and COVID. While still medically fragile, he was manipulated into signing a predatory mortgage. That agreement is now being used to try and steal his bungalow colony through a shell company.

He’s still in a wheelchair, receiving therapy, and struggling with memory loss. And now, he’s also fighting in court.

We must raise $15,000 immediately for a legal retainer — and $40,000 total to cover legal and medical costs. This is urgent.
