Operation 100k Update!

Operation 100k is a challenge to build affiliate sites to 100k/mo in revenue in 18 months (NYE 22).

We're now on month 2.

Progress:
- Sites built: 10
- 7 sites are brand new this year
- 3 are aged
- various niches

primary monetization methods:
- amazon associates + individual niche affiliate brand programs

Revenue (June):
- Non-Amazon: $7008.71
- Amazon: $8.85

Takeaways:

- design doesn't matter at all in the beginning

- the most important thing is website structure, and producing content in silos (good keyword research to find easy opportunities and building up to other articles)

- build links after you have content on your website, or if you have budget you can start right away. the sooner the better - but if youre working with limited resources you dont really need too much many links that are paid - you can build alot of them on your own.
