Bobby Stuckey and Lachlan MacKinnon-Patterson opened Frasca Food and Wine at the corner of 18th and Pearl in Boulder, Co, in August 2004 with the goal the creating the best neighborhood restaurant in the world
The hard work, beautiful intention and thoughtful approach to hospitality paid off and after almost 21 years, the James Beard Foundation cemented what legions of fans have always known: it is truly the best neighborhood restaurant.
We’re incredibly proud of the entire Frasca Hospitality Group team, past and present. From our first client meeting at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen at 7:30am on a Sunday morning in June 2005 to today, it’s been an incredible privilege to be part of the Frasca family.
