Establishing a successful restaurant business can be challenging for anyone, and Black restaurant owners face additional obstacles pertaining to access to resources.
Foodservice wants to change that with the Pepsi Dig initiative, a program dedicated to providing Black-owned restaurants with resources to overcome challenges, increase visibility, and champion restaurants' business growth.
For a second year, OMD USA joined Pepsi's Dig in Corporate Week to support local Black-owned restaurants in the New York City area with a lunch for employees.
Shout-out to OMDers Zach G., Melissa Vega, Valentina Cooper, and Eliza Yachimowicz for helping pull this event together.

The holiday season is upon us. What better way to prepare than to learn from some of the industry’s brightest about innovative ways to engage with audiences during the holidays.
OMD RedTalks, ENERGY BBDO, and collaborated to share ideas and insights during an OMD Chicago in-office event. Attendees enjoyed holiday treats and themed workstations, inspiring teams to continue bringing innovative solutions to our clients.
OMD USA’s Head of Social, Jaime Beckett and Energy BBDO’s Innovation Director, Casey Campbell joined a panel discussion moderated by Pinterest’s US Agency Lead, Ashley Suddendorf to discuss the Pinterest audience mindset, moments, and trends that brands across Omnicom can leverage in Pinterest’s platform.

OMD RedTalks partnered with to create a Wellness Workspace featuring 2024’s well-being trends. They also hosted interactive sessions focused on mobility, nutrition, and beauty.
The OMD RedTalks Workspace session gave OMDers insights into how well-being practices can influence consumers’ habits and behaviors, and explored how brands can use this understanding to connect with consumers for maximum resonance.
