CNO Financial Group looked into how the pandemic has impacted retirement plans in 2021. According to their survey with the Center for a Secure Retirement, the retirement priorities of middle-income Boomers have shifted as a result of the pandemic.

The pandemic put 41% of those surveyed into the position of financially supporting other family members, impacting their own retirement plans. Boomers' top retirement non-negotiables now include spending time with my family and friends, maintaining an active lifestyle and being able to travel.
