A few days in Detroit. A lot of conversations about what’s next.

At our 2026 team retreat, the conversations centered on strengthening our business, improving collaboration, and building a stronger foundation for what’s ahead. As COACT grows, we’re focused on creating more ways to connect great people with meaningful work and opportunities.

One thing we’ve learned over the years is that great things happen when the right people come together around the work.

Thanks for being part of this community and for helping shape what’s ahead. We’re excited for what we’ll build together next. 💙

For The Florida Aquarium’s Fourth of July campaign, our team had the opportunity to create a full creative system that supported the event across social, web, and on-site experiences. The goal was to help create a welcoming celebration centered on community, shared experiences, and memory-making.

But what we’re really proud of is the team behind it.
Every project brings together a different mix of talent, perspectives, and creative thinking. This one was no different.

Swipe through for a look at some of the work that came together and the people who helped make it happen.

Our tote was designed by an incredible talented COACTOR, and it’s a reminder of what makes this community special: talented people creating great work and finding ways to put it into the world.

We’re proud to create space for that kind of creativity to grow, connect, and be seen.

Thanks for being part of it.

Meet Andrea Trew, one of our talented Art Directors who’s been part of the COACT Community since February 2025. Andrea is based in Minneapolis and brings nearly two decades of design experience with a rare mix of strategic thinking and playful ex*****on to every project.

She has a knack for pushing brands past the expected, helping them cut through the noise and stand out in a crowded market. She’s also a frequent public speaker at creative industry events, taking the stage to help fellow creatives sharpen their craft.

That range shows in her COACT work, from the show-stopping Ecolab tradeshow designs—yes, the one with the giant block of ice—to the brand’s larger Data Center Cooling campaign, which helped position Ecolab as a true leader in the industry.

Off the clock, Andrea is hunting for vintage furniture to restore and resell, renovating her Mid-Century home, chasing around her 2-year-old daughter, and cracking questionable puns.

A campaign is never just the final deliverable. It’s the conversations, ideas, collaboration, and creative problem-solving that happen along the way.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the making of “It Stays With You,” The Florida Aquarium ’s brand campaign developed by COACT.

This work came to life through a team of COACTORS with expertise across strategy, creative, copywriting, art direction, and production—all brought together to build something meaningful.

Some of the best creative decisions don’t start with design.

They start with clarity.
Clarity about what the work actually needs.
Clarity about who it’s for.
Clarity about what matters enough to carry all the way through.

Everything else builds from there.
We’ve seen it play out across campaigns, events, and systems—when that foundation is clear, teams move faster, feedback gets better, and the work holds together without forcing it.

When it’s not, things still get made. They just take longer, and they rarely feel as strong as they could have been.

It sounds simple, but it’s easy to skip. Especially when timelines are tight, or the ask feels obvious.
But getting aligned early is usually what makes the difference later.

Curious how others think about this. What’s the one thing that helps you get to clarity faster?

Summer in the City: Under the Boardwalk brought together an incredible group of people for a night that made a real impact by helping provide food for more than 1.2 million New Yorkers through City Harvest .

For us, this kind of work is about building the system that supports the moment. From early touchpoints to the pieces guests interact with throughout the night, the goal is always the same: keep everything clear, cohesive, and easy to engage with.

It’s a reminder that good work isn’t just what shows up at the event, it’s everything that helps it come together.
Grateful to be part of it.
