Meet Ross Hayes, who joins Crown Creative in London as a Senior Web Developer.

Ross has spent the past decade in agencies, delivering digital work for global corporations, established brands and ambitious start-ups. Starting out as a front-end developer, he’s found his niche in translating complex technology into simple, intuitive experiences, with a particular love for clever UX and thoughtful interactions.

His interests beyond work tend towards live music, far-flung travel and seeking out those understated restaurants that become part of the story.

We’re absolutely delighted to have Ross on the team.

48 hours exploring some of the city’s best coffee, smash burgers, chilled red wine, pizza, pastries and retail. At Crown, we strongly believe experiences like this inform our work and shape our creative process. Seeing one of Europe’s best hospitality cities in full bloom has left us full of ideas and raring to go for the final quarter of the year. It’s going to be a good one. Meet India McDonald, who joins Crown Creative in London as a Senior Project Manager.

India’s always been drawn to working with brands at their most pivotal moments - starting her career in Melbourne across PR and talent, before moving to London, where she’s worked in in creative project management across brand strategy and design for a portfolio of luxury clients.

Outside of work, she’s usually got a flat white in hand, a trip on the horizon, and a Pinterest board on the go - which explains falling into creative project management for travel and hospitality.

We’re delighted to have her on the team.

Bennie’s at The Kithmore is a story of family, food and place.
Inspired by Margaret Bennie’s treasured recipe book, her handwriting shaped the warm, nostalgic wordmark.

This sense of heritage continues through the interiors, including signage hand-painted by Thomas Paints. Brand and space were designed as one, creating an identity that feels inseparable from its surroundings.

Rich timber, heritage detailing and layers of warmth and character come together to reimagine the traditional Scottish pub through a more refined, contemporary lens.
