Today for the first ever (1/8), McDonald’s launched Arches & Ambition: The 1 in 8 Mentorship Program, a four-part YouTube series that connects current McDonald’s Crew members with former McDonald’s employees who’ve gone on to build impactful careers across diverse industries. We were honored to help bring it to life—from national PR strategy to creative content development. Â

In partnership with the brilliant team at Stony & Yates, we helped produce and tell stories rooted in mentorship, opportunity, and the power of skills built under the Golden Arches.Â
