First and foremost I would like to thank all of the employees of MSU for giving me the most wonderful opportunity to provide great print & direct mail services to our customers & community. Without our employees, MSU would not be who it is today. I have enjoyed 34 years from start up in an apartment to multiple locations in the Hartford area. We grew, expanded and took on new opportunities without giving it a second thought. The people at MSU made anything possible. I am so happy to be able to pass that success on to Anthony Bracco of Hitchcock Printing as he continues growing and bringing new technologies to both print & direct mail. The combination of talents with the wonderful people at both locations will allow MSU Print and MSU Print W to continue to grow. MSU Print W will continue the woman owned services under the superb guidance of Stacey Remes whose career talents will continue to grow this business. Her background in insurance, marketing & business make her the best person for this opportunity.

🚨Exciting News from MSU!🚨

Marketing Solutions Unlimited (MSU) would like to announce that after 35 years, Heidi Buckley has decided to retire effective March 25, 2026. Heidi has had a remarkable career and built an incredible business. MSU will be merging with Hitchcock Printing, owned by Anthony Bracco, yet MSU will continue to remain as a separate entity. The quality, staff and service you’ve come to expect will remain the same – so will our email addresses and telephone numbers. The only change is location. Employees at our West Hartford location will transition to either our Newington office or to the Hitchcock office in New Britain. We remain committed to servicing our customers with the same dedication – that will not change.

Please join us in wishing Heidi all the best on her retirement and we are proud to continue her legacy of providing exceptional products and services to you, our valued customers.

This May, MSU was recognized with multiple awards at the 2025 PINE - Printing Industries of New England Awards of Excellence competition! We're proud to receive 5 Honorable mentions and 5 Pinnacle awards! Our team continues to produce pieces that impress not only our customers, but also the panel of judges reviewing the submissions.

We also want to give a special shoutout to one of our prepress specialist and in-house graphic designer, Tanya. She was asked to design and produce a cookbook based on submitted recipes by one of our customers. Working alongside our account managers and our client, Judy, she created a stunning custom cookbook, cover to cover! We're so pleased to see that the panel recognized the creative design and amount of effort it took to create such a one-of-a-kind piece.

MSU is looking for a full-time employee to work in our production and fulfillment department.

Formal Duties:
•Fulfill print and mail jobs according to specifications
•Operate inkjet equipment
•Operate folding equipment
•Operate sealer/wafer seal equipment
•Operate metering machine to meter the mail
•Hand insert pieces into envelopes that cannot insert on equipment
•Monitor and regulate workflow to meet daily deadlines
•Ensure work meets established production and quality standards
•Perform other related duties as assigned
•Ability to meet required deadlines
•Ability to meet rush deadlines without compromising quality
•Capable of working extended hours as needed

This individual will report to the production manager to ensure printed pieces are ready for mailing services and will operate ink-jetting, folding, inserting and sealing equipment. Prior knowledge and experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

This job requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced production environment and someone who can work overtime as needed. Ability to lift approximately 30lbs on occasion is required.

Starting salary at $17.00 per hour
