It was 2 a.m., and I was exhausted, mentally preparing to stay up late to launch a new coaching program.

In my stomach, the familiar knot of knowing embarrassment was coming…

You see, all my previous launches had failed.

I tried every marketing tactic imaginable – long-form webinars, persuasive videos, free mini-courses, social media promotions, and even cold calling.

I spent thousands of hours trying to get everything perfect, hiring the right people to help me, and wracking up thousands in expenses…

But the results were always sporadic and short-lived.

The truth is, I had no real strategy in place.

I just frantically tried the latest tactics, hoping something would stick.

It felt like all I was doing was throwing spaghetti against the wall and hoping something would stick..

Of course, this haphazard approach gave me mediocre results.

My launches would create brief bursts of sales - but could never sustain momentum long-term.

Just brief spikes between agonizing droughts…

Droughts where paying the bills became difficult...

And I had no idea whether I would make rent that month.

I knew I couldn’t keep operating this way.

Without a strategy, I’d certainly burn out fast or lose everything and be forced to get a JOB!!

There had to be a better approach aligned with the immense value I KNEW I was providing.

In fact, I became obsessed with finding it.

After yet another painful failure, I decided to get some insight and figure out what I was doing wrong…

So, I sent a simple survey to my tiny list, hoping to understand their needs better.

It changed everything.

The flood of responses containing rich insights gave me a burst of optimism, like a lightning bolt of inspiration.

But it wasn't enough.

I needed help making sense of it all.

That's when I met my mentor, Bill.
