For the Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) Tap2Ride campaign, our team developed a full creative suite to introduce VCTC’s new contactless fare experience, including branded animated videos, UGC-style videos, fliers, car cards, and partner toolkits for local partners. 📲

The campaign focused on creating awareness and making Tap2Ride feel simple, approachable, and easy to adopt; while giving partner agencies everything they needed to launch consistently across their systems. 🚌

This summer, RTC launched Youth Pass — a program offering free bus rides to students across the Washoe County School District.

Celtis supported the bilingual digital campaign for teens and parents, using UGC-style videos and step-by-step guidance to make registration through the web portal and the Transit App easier.

The impact speaks for itself:
• 980% increase in youth ridership
• 1.29M impressions
• 17,594 clicks
• 18,273 site visits

Most importantly, Youth Pass is helping remove transportation barriers and expand access to opportunity for local families. 💙🚌

For Omnitrans’ ONT Connect airport shuttle, we paired UGC-inspired creative with targeted digital and outdoor ads to highlight convenience and affordability. Business travel doesn’t have to stop at the hotel.

For the RTC Virginia Line Visitor campaign, our team created a multi-format creative suite, including UGC-style videos, carousel ads, posters, and story ads, to encourage business travelers to use the Virginia Line while visiting Reno.

The goal: show how easy it is for visitors to ride the Virginia Line to the Reno Convention Center, dinner, nightlife, and everything in between.

People trust people. That’s why we launched Omnitrans’ first user-generated content campaign, extending the Omni for All brand with real riders’ stories in English and Spanish. Grocery runs, stress-free commutes, weekend outings—authentic moments that mattered. The result: 612K impressions, 10K clicks, and a lower CPC than previous campaigns. Proof that community-driven storytelling works.
