Take Flight turned 10 last month! And this one felt different.

Not just a milestone… but a reminder.

About burnout.
About algorithms.
About building a business on platforms we don’t own.

And most importantly… about learning to respect the seasons of life and work.

This past year pushed me to step back, rethink how I show up, and start doing things a little differently, including finally leaning into video and using my voice more.
