Each deck has it’s own challenges and this 14ft x 16ft new construction was no different with a 3 sided set of stairs. The deck boards are by Trex in Enhanced Foggy Wharf. Instead of privacy lattice, the homeowners opted to go with horizontal deck boards deck boards which sets this deck apart from others. The design options are endless and to our customer’s satisfaction!

Missing some items in your back yard? Find them with a new deck! What started out as a reskin, turned in to a new build. This was a 16ft X 20ft new build uses Fiberon’s Cottage Gray deck boards.

Great framing is key! This new build was originally designed to be a 12ft x 36ft composite deck. After the installation crew arrived and went over the work order, the homeowners opted to extend this deck an additional 16 ft, adding an additional 144 square feet of usable space. The framing was essential and quite the undertaking that includes lattice and a 6 ft wide stair opening. This beautiful composite deck is located in Yorktown and uses Fiberon’s Cottage Gray decking with white handrails and square balusters brought together with white PVC Facia.
