When you work remotely, it’s easy to get wrapped up in projects, calls, and Slack pings. But once a year, we hit pause.

We choose a state none of us have visited, meet up in person, and focus on connection.

This year’s offsite took us to Newport, Rhode Island, and it couldn’t have been better.

🌊 Walks along the water with stunning views
🦞 Seafood feasts that lasted hours
💬 Late-night team conversations that reminded us why we love what we do

We only had two work sessions the entire trip; the rest of the time was spent recharging, exploring, and enjoying time together as a team.
