What we’re looking for:

2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Google Suite
A portfolio showcasing strong typography, brand systems, and social/digital projects
Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills

New look, same great destination. We worked with meetNKY to give their logo a fresh, modern evolution from their new “Make Moves” identity. From the logo refresh to vibrant print assets and custom promo gear (check out the swag box!), the brand is now cohesive and matches the energy of Northern Kentucky. >>>

Integrating one brand to coexist within another is a nuanced design challenge. Located in the historic lounge at Smoke Justis , Blue Tin Coffee’s identity draws inspiration from the building’s original pressed-tin ceiling, blending heritage with a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

Our creative team managed the full scope of this project from naming and brand strategy to visual identity and packaging ensuring a cohesive experience that co-exists harmoniously within this neighborhood favorite.

To fully realize the vision, our products team Red Hot Promotions stepped in to carry that identity into the physical space. From custom coffee cups and menus to wayfinding and point-of-purchase displays fully activating the Blue Tin brand identity into a tangible, physical experience.

The result is a brand that feels warm without being nostalgic, and refined without being exclusive—a brand experience crafted to feel familiar from the very first visit, creating a destination all its own.
