97% of people search online before ever reaching out to a local business. Your Google profile is usually the first thing they see. If it's incomplete or outdated you're losing people before they even get to you.

Here's what it needs right now:

📍 Correct address and service area
⏰ Updated hours
📸 At least 5 recent photos
⭐ A response to every review, yes, even the tough ones
📞 A phone number that actually rings
🌐 A link to your website or booking page
📝 A description that says what you do AND where you serve
📅 At least one Google Post in the last 30 days
