Some careers are carefully planned. Cindy Hawkins accidentally became a pastry chef. 🥐✨

Nearly 20 years later, the owner of Circle City Sweets has become a staple of Indy’s dessert scene- from being among the first to bring macarons to the city, to building her business at City Market and making the move to The AMP at 16 Tech . And this year? She took the crown in the dessert category at the World Food Championships.
