Prism Design & Embroidery is hiring a full-time Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and manage custom apparel and promotional product orders from start to finish.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone confident communicating with business owners, organized under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
This is an in-person position based in North Branch, MN. It is not a remote or work-from-home role.
You will serve as the primary contact for key accounts and ensure jobs move smoothly from quote to production to delivery.

This position requires the following skills from day one:
⭐ Professional, confident communication with clients and business owners
⭐ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active accounts
⭐ High attention to detail when reviewing quotes, artwork, and order information
⭐ Ability to problem solve quickly and keep projects moving
⭐ Comfort working in a deadline-driven production environment
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Full-time, Monday–Friday.
Compensation depends on experience.
