We’re proud to call North Canton home, where creativity, hustle, and our penguin mascot Cube rules the roost.
We’re looking for a Sales Assistant who’s organized, upbeat, and ready to dive into the exciting world of branded merchandise with us. If you love supporting a fast-paced team and geeking out over cool products, you might just be Cube’s new favorite human.
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Why Cube Will High-Five You):
• Be the behind-the-scenes hero for our sales rep 💪
• Help clients and vendors stay on track – quotes, timelines, and follow-ups
• Manage orders with your eye for detail 👀
• Source awesome new products to wow our clients
• Keep our CRM and order systems tidy and up-to-date
• Prep fun presentations, creative pitches, and snazzy sample kits
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in promotional products, print, or customer service is a big bonus
• Clear communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
• Crazy organized (you might even alphabetize your Spotify playlists)
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat
• CRM and Microsoft Office savvy
• Loves team collaboration, creative thinking, and a good pun 🐧
