The Role
We are seeking skilled, forward-thinking Full-Time Developers to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for architecting, building, and deploying scalable proprietary SaaS applications and autonomous AI Agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Develop: Architect, build, and deploy proprietary SaaS products from inception to production.
AI Integration: Build and deploy AI Agentic systems, integrating modern LLMs and automated workflows into scalable applications.
Scale & Optimize: Ensure all software is built for high availability, security, and scalability as our user base grows.
Collaborate: Work closely with US leadership and our existing Philippines (PH) team to meet project milestones and product goals.
Maintain & Upgrade: Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated professional experience developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications and SaaS products.
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in modern backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, React/Vue, databases, and cloud deployment via AWS/GCP/Azure).
AI/ML Familiarity: Practical experience or strong familiarity with AI agentic frameworks, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and automation tools.
Professional Credentials: Relevant technical certifications that validate your engineering expertise.
Communication & Timezone: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You must be available for interviews and standard synchronization meetings during US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
