Facebook groups are a goldmine for local leads. But who has time to constantly monitor the chatter?
This is one of those little tricks I use all the time for my clients, and it works every single time.
If you're a small business owner who wants more local leads without spending money on ads, keep reading.
Let's use a roofer as the example.
👉 Step 1: First, join a few local community or town Facebook groups in your area if you haven't already. That's where the good stuff lives.
👉 Step 2: Go to the Facebook search bar and type "roofer," "need a roofer," or "roof repair."
👉 Step 3: After the results pop up, click "Groups" in the filter bar at the top.
👉 Step 4: Sort by "Recent" so you see the freshest posts first, not whatever Facebook decides to show you.
👉 Step 5: Bookmark that page in your browser.
Now every morning, you open that bookmark and you've got a live feed of people in your area asking about roofing help. Ready and waiting.
