Most sellers think choosing a listing agent is about personality, referrals, or who feels “right.”
But the reality? ☁️

That’s not random. That’s positioning shifting in real time, and that’s working in your favor!
If you’re a buyers (and you’re like me) you aren’t just looking at the numbers… you are reacting to perceived value.
The longer a home sits, the more questions it creates.
The more the price moves, the more leverage shifts.
At a certain point, the listing starts doing the negotiating for you. I can think of 7 homes off the top of my right now sitting in Zillow that have been doing a little “list” and “relist” dance with price reductions, new photos, and some old school realtor tricks to keep the seller happy while keeping the price high.
This is what makes pricing strategy so critical in today’s real estate market.
What sellers don’t understand in today’s market is that once a property feels off—even slightly—buyers don’t lean in…they pull back, wait, and watch.

There’s no urgency.
And eventually, it loses momentum.
The same exact thing is happening with your content.

I took a 2-month break from Instagram… and came back to an algorithm that fully forgot who I was.
Views down.
Engagement weird.
Reach? Questionable at best.
Naturally, I had the thought…
“Did I fall off?”
Nope.
This is exactly how the Instagram algorithm works.
And as a social media strategist who lives in Instagram growth strategy and content strategy every day—I knew better.
When you stop posting, Instagram stops understanding your content and your audience.
So when you come back, your content gets pushed out to the wrong people, which tanks your engagement, slows your Instagram growth, and makes your social media marketing feel broken.
I see this constantly in realtor marketing and with business owners trying to grow on Instagram.
You didn’t fall off.
You just stopped training your algorithm.
And now it’s confused.
The fix isn’t to panic post.
