IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND THE RAILFAN COMMUNITY
It has come to our attention that certain online sellers, social media pages, facebook groups are run by suspicious admin. They are offering merchandise that appears to copy or imitate original Daylight Sales Apparel artwork and designs, including unauthorized Union Pacific-related merchandise.
Please be aware:
• Daylight Sales Apparel is not affiliated with these sellers.
• Some products being advertised online may be unauthorized reproductions or imitations of our artwork and layouts
• We have also received reports of railroad photos and videos being reposted online without proper permission or credit
- Besides being stolen or unauthorized, the shirts are heat transfered iron on images. These aren't the quality our customers are accustom to.
• Official Daylight Sales Apparel products are sold only through our secure website & authorized partners.
For over 30 years, we have worked to create authentic railroad merchandise supporting museums, preservation groups, hobby shops, and the railfan community. We take pride in producing original artwork with a strong commitment to historical accuracy and quality.
We are actively pursuing intellectual property enforcement and working with the appropriate platforms regarding unauthorized merchandise and copied content.
We encourage our customers and followers to:
• support legitimate artists and licensed vendors
• verify sellers before purchasing
• report suspicious listings or copied designs
• contact us directly if you have questions regarding authenticity
