Your mindset matters more than equipment.

When I was a producer on NEXT for MTV, I used to do jumping jacks with the cast before their intros to get them hyped up and ready. 🤸🏼‍♀️

Same principle applies here.

Walk into your filming space like you own it. Nobody is born comfortable on camera. They just keep showing up until it clicks.

I am still learning about running my own business

25 years in television taught me how to produce a show. It did not teach me how to do my own accounting, hire the right people, or know when to say “no”

That part I had to figure out myself. Still figuring it out honestly!
