Most local business owners think their biggest problem is getting more leads that convert to customers. And while that's important, it isn't actually the primary problem.
The root of the problem is visibility. And once you solve the visibility problem, you have to tackle issue number two...
The psychology problem:
A customer doesn't usually see your business for the first time and immediately decides to hire you.
Whether you're a plumber, HVAC company, landscaper, electrician, attorney, chiropractor, cleaning company, contractor, mobile car detailing, restaurant, or any other local service business.
Customers typically move through a process first.
They learn about you. They become familiar with you. They see an offer. They become interested. Then they take action.

The issue I see among local business owners is that they skip Steps 1 and 2 and jump straight to:
"Book Now!" "Call Today!" "Free Estimate!" "Limited Time Offer!"

But if potential customers haven't seen you before, don't know who you are, and aren't already familiar with your business; those offers often fall flat.
Visibility gets you noticed. Psychology gets people to act.
You need BOTH. And we can help!

Having been in the mortgage business for nearly 30 years, I know there are both up, and down times. I started an ad agency during the down times, and now do it full time. For those that might be looking for extra income, and a great way to reach out to their community, I offer this:

If you had a restaurant that would love to have 5000 free menus, you could put your business on there, and of the 6 exclusive spaces available, for only $299.00, you would only have to sell 5, which they would often give you the leads for.

I would pay you $500.00, or don't put your ad on there, and I would pay you $700.00.

For 5000 business cards of good quality, it would cost from $250/$350. And how long would it take to hand them all out? FOREVER comes to mind.
