Custom Trade Show Exhibit Makerfaire Bay Area 2017

Glowforge, a leading designer and manufacturer of the iconic 3D Laser Printer came to us with a need to design a custom 10x20 exhibit to be used at the Bay Area 2017 conference at the San Mateo County Event Center. This exhibit represented the first high end investment Glowforge was making in a custom trade show booth.

Glowforge is a unique product and company and touts “The biggest 30-day crowdfunding campaign in history” in pre-sales of their product. Their product makes anything you can imagine using laser cutting and engraving. They wanted a custom trade show display to represent both their brand and communicate visually who they are and what their product can do.

Through a collaborative effort with our design team and the customer, we created a striking, visually appealing exhibit utilizing custom CNC cut wave wall panels with a custom automotive grade paint finish in a matching Pantone color, custom LED accent lighting that is fully adjustable to obtain virtually any color, 3D laser cut logo treatment with LED halo lighting, custom cabinetry, and a black faux wood flexible flooring for comfort and to add a sleek base to the display.

The result of this custom exhibit design was a great success at the Makerfaire Bay Area 2017! The main contact Bailey Nelson had this feedback for our team, “Everything went amazingly thank you! We were slammed with visitors for the whole weekend and we got so many compliments on the booth.
