Giving every location the same marketing budget may look fair on paper, but it ignores what is actually happening in each market.
One location may have strong brand awareness and plenty of demand. Another may be competing with five similar businesses nearby. A third may have the capacity to take on more customers but is not getting enough visibility. Those locations should not automatically receive the same spend.
The goal is not to divide the budget evenly. It is to put the right amount behind each location based on its demand, competition, capacity, and opportunity.
If every location is starting from a different place, the budget should reflect that.
