New Video on YouTube:5 Reasons why Linkedin is the Best Social Media Platform for your Business !
Linkedin is the best social media platform for business owners, companies, and professionals. It's one of the few social media platforms that still has great potential to grow organically. Here are five reasons why you should concentrate your efforts on Linkedin:
1. Generate organic leads- Linkedin connects you with like-minded people in your industry, naturally attracting your audience according to your content. Using keywords inside your copy that interest your audience is highly recommended to tell the Linkedin algorithm what you are writing about and place it in front of others that share these interests. It's an excellent way to establish your authority on your authority.
2. A more receptive audience - Linkedin is a platform for business. As such, Linkedin members are accustomed to business proposals and sales pitches in their inboxes. However, if the same approach is taken in another platform like Instagram, it won't be well received. Sliding into people's DMs is considered spammy, and it goes against Instagram's original photography background. In other words, business proposals and pitches are not part of Instagram's expectations.
3. Global reach - Linkedin is available in most countries, including China. Talking about relations with China is a controversial topic in recent times, especially in the current political climate. However, when it comes to commerce, it cannot be denied that most raw materials are manufactured in China (and other Asian countries). For this reason, it's essential to build business relationships, and Linkedin is one of the few platforms accepted by the Chinese government.
4. Grow your business organically - As mentioned above, Linkedin promotes content naturally to members interested in your content. That is why it's recommended to keep consistent producing content with keywords related to your industry with the sole purpose of education. Why? Because even though Linkedin is a business platform, it greatly focuses on professional development and career advancements. So, content with less branding and a more educational tone has a more substantial chance that the algorithm might pick it up.
5. Expand your reach with paid media - The scope of the Linkedin audience is a lot more narrow than Facebook's audience. When you are a B2B, this can be very beneficial since you can target key decision-makers from the get-go. However, I don't recommend post sponsorships because you don't have control over who views it or a chance to target your audience.
