Intent data often shows up when buyers already have a shortlist. I want you paying attention to signals that suggest pain is coming (or already here):
M&A activity, new leadership, recent funding, hiring sprees, layoffs… that’s where earlier conversations start.
3️⃣ Alignment isn’t a meeting, it’s a feedback loop
When sales and marketing actually close the loop, marketing gets smarter without increasing spend. That’s how you improve performance without constantly changing the plan.
