📢 Customer Update from Platinum Prints
To everyone who has ordered, or has previously ordered, canopies, large fabric displays, and related products, we sincerely apologize for the delays.
Due to issues with our previous vendor, we have made the decision to switch suppliers to ensure a higher level of quality, reliability, and consistency for our customers. We are happy to announce that our new vendor and team are now fully aligned on all canopy frames, hardware, and display products moving forward.
All current pending orders will be placed on a rush production schedule and are expected to be fulfilled next week as we work diligently to get caught up.
Effective immediately, we will be temporarily pausing all new canopy and large fabric display orders while we update our pricing structure, production timelines, and product offerings with our new vendor.
We will resume accepting orders on Thursday, June 11th, at which time we will release updated pricing, turnaround times, and exciting new products that will be available through Platinum Prints.
