The cutout’s only been here one day and Nicole Potter’s already on a PIP. At this rate, the whole office will be on probation by Friday. Day 2 and he’s already opened HR investigations, scheduled three ‘quick syncs,’ replenished the copier, and somehow still found time to hand out performance reviews. He doesn’t talk. He doesn’t blink. He just hands out PIPs. Terrifying.

Celebrating Ron’s 30th...STILL...

We decided to get a cardboard cutout so he can still be in the office with us even when he’s not. Naturally, the first place he went? Straight to the copier. Digital files? Never heard of them. If it’s not printed, it’s not real. After 30 years, he’s single-handedly keeping the paper industry alive—trees fear him, printers love him. Ctrl+P is basically his love language, and honestly, the cloud could crash tomorrow and Ron would still be here, surrounded by 400 color copies, feeling eternal.
