Thank you, Coach . We are grateful for your guidance, your expertise, and your friendship. Even in all my years of training and competing in this sport (coming up on 13 years!) I still find myself learning something new every time I step on the platform.

I’m so humbled by this sport and experiencing my first Masters Nationals; an emotional roller coaster for so many different reasons. We’ve endured a lot of challenges and overcome a lot of obstacles just in the last few months leading up to this meet.

I’m proud of my teammates and my friends, including Angela and Pete (whom I coached to the podium!!). I’m truly just happy to be here and to be a part of . On to the next one.

Also, many thanks to Dr. Jeff for keeping me in one piece. Sorry my left hamstring doesn’t like to cooperate.
