Neuger will be closed on Friday, January 23, so our employees can participate in the statewide walkout responding to recent immigration enforcement actions in Minnesota. We believe this is the right thing to do.
We vehemently oppose unlawful or reckless uses of force by ICE or enforcement tactics that endanger lives, erode civil liberties and damage trust in our communities. These actions conflict with the Fourth Amendment, our values and with our commitment to the safety, dignity and well-being of all people who live and work in Minnesota.
We stand with our employees who are exercising their First Amendment rights and engaging in peaceful civic action, and we support their right to speak, organize and show up for one another.
Neuger is a 4th Amendment workplace where we:
– Deny entrance to ICE without a signed judicial warrant to enter private areas
– Train staff to assert their constitutional rights during search and seizure operations
– Protect all workers and guests, regardless of immigration status
Our offices will reopen on Monday, January 26. We remain committed to our clients, our partners and to being a workplace that acts with integrity when it matters.
