Being booked out two weeks does not always mean your marketing is working.
A full schedule is great, but if your shop is packed with lower-value jobs when you want bigger repair work, your marketing may be attracting the wrong customers.
Being busy and being profitable are not always the same thing.
Social media is modern word of mouth. If you are not consistently showing people what you want to be known for, they may not think of you when they need it.
