COVID - 19- How we plan operate until further notice
The COVID-19 virus is unsettling and is having a dramatic and disruptive impact on our daily lives and the way we normally conduct our day-to-day activities.
I want to share an update on the small changes we are making in our processes in order to keep folks safe while continuing to deliver stellar service in these uncertain times.
At the Keez Design we still plan on conducting business as usual to meet the needs of your design and screen-printing needs, except with only a few minor adjustments to the way we process and fulfill your pront projects.
Submitting an Order
Because of “social distancing,” we have temporarily suspended taking walk-in orders.
Please follow the following steps to submit an inquiry:
Contact us VIA email or phone at, Info@thekeezdesign or call 510-927-4433. If you are a visual person and your project has intricate design needs and unique art placements, we can set up a FaceTime, Skype or Zoom meeting in order to give you the visual reference you need and to dial your job in to your liking.
As long as social distancing is still intact we will no longer be accepting garments supplied by customers unless directly shipped to us from the vendor.
Picking up your order
During this time, we will be offering free local shipping for orders $500 and above (someone from our team will contact you to coordinate a delivery time).
If you will be picking up your order from our location we ask that you pull up to our loading dock on 840 42nd Ave cross street 4298 Wattling St. - Pick up time is from 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
Many people are asking the same question: is it safe to receive and handle a shipment? The World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or other shipping containers is low.
