I read a post recently from a marketer which seemed to imply that they only marketed to people who cared about sustainability (or whatever the subject is). That’s too easy, in my opinion. Our job as marketers is to make everyone care—inside and outside the tent. (And that was a Tom-typed em dash, for your skeptics!).
