Key Business Lessons Learned:
• Location matters; analyze foot traffic every hr. of the day (when selecting brick and mortar)
• Funnels are equally, if not more, important than websites
• Created different Funnels for your key services
• Track all data (the are important and assist in key decisions)
• Niche services create more success than broad
• Paid advertising is essential (allocate budget at all times)

& last but not least...

• Building community is more important than business
• Be a leader, not a friend

After an intense 72-hour challenge, I’m thrilled to share Just Another Mockingbird, a collection of acoustic, soul-searching tracks born from passion, spontaneity, and a deadline that pushed every creative limit.

On countless occasions throughout the process, I questioned why I would ever put myself through this. Music takes time, and telling stories takes time. Producing and engineering cannot be rushed. I questioned my stupidity on several occasions.

This album reflects life’s urgency. The drive to create even when tomorrow isn’t promised. It’s an exploration of goals, dreams, and the art of capturing fleeting moments.

I believe it portrays a lot of hope, but I don't believe it encapsulates the despair we feel at times. I'm not sure it truly embodies all of our human emotions as much as it should.

Each song is crafted with raw, heartfelt emotion and touches on themes of reflection, ambition, and the love of the journey itself. Recorded and produced in just 72 hours, Just Another Mockingbird offers a glimpse into my world. One filled with big dreams, acoustic simplicity, and a touch of urgency. You know I had to put my spin on it, too! I tried to abide by acoustic as much as possible. I poured my heart, spirit, and soul into these songs, and I hope they resonate with yours.

What do you want with your life⁉ Take a look 👁‍🗨 at mine. This is MY OFFICE 13 YEARS AGO and MY OFFICE TODAY!
Thirteen years ago, I was working at a steel mill. Turnstiles and lockers when you walk in, and miles of walking to get to your department. An extremely unhealthy environment (working in absolute filth), often with no lunches, no leaving your work area, 12-hour shifts, and graveyards one week and days the next. Kevlar clothing, facemasks, 100s of degrees inside, the air looked like glitter and repetitive actions that destroy your body. In the beginning, the money was great. In the end, I was left empty, unfilled, and unhealthy.
Check out my office today. It's gorgeous, healthy, and everything one could imagine in their best life.
I took a gamble on myself and started my own business. This is not for the faint of heart, but it can be done—and I'm making the same money, too.
If you're tired of your life, do something about it! Get to it now because you may fail 10x before you get it right.
Take the chance, take the risk, make it happen... You can do something about it!

Do you🧑‍🎤want to be a musician? Would you🧑‍🎨 like to be a paid artist? WHAT DO YOU WANT?
The reality of success at any of those things is slim to none, at least creating a lifestyle that provides for yourself and a family.
But, as an agency owner. I get to do all of those things, and yes, it's amazing! If you're a true creative, think of creative ways to turn your passions into a career.

If you answered yes, that is awesome and I encourage you to do so. Be an artist...
I have struggled with what being an artist means when it comes to the real world. We envision making cool art, but in reality, we may end up making social media graphics, flyers, etc., for businesses. Be aware of what being an artist may truly mean.
