🔥 Let’s talk reels/video content! Tips included ⬇️😉
If you are looking to GROW your audience and the amount of eyes on your business, reels and video content is the way to go BUT only if you implement a proper strategy otherwise, you won’t go far.
The account analytics shared are from an account that just started having full management with content creation. Before Shore Home Marketing, the account had zero engagement, and a full feed of photos with no distinction as to what the post entailed. Basically, social media was a task to check off the to do list without implementing a strategy; aka, simply posting to post. Since starting less than two weeks ago, you can see the reach that’s happened JUST FROM REELS. The numbers may be smaller but give this account a few more weeks and we will see a huge difference when comparing this month to last 💥
Here are a few starter tips when it comes to creating video content for social media:
☝🏽 Your video is the HOOK. Keep your video shorter and put yourself in the shoes of your ideal client. What’s going to catch their attention?
✌🏽 the caption is going to have LIGHT details giving more information in relation to your video/hook.
✌🏽☝🏽 create a call to action in your caption where you might offer a “freebie” related to your video topic where you can collect contact information. If you don’t have a “freebie” to offer, any sort of call to action (CTA) will suffice to start!
As you get use to this format, you may start getting more creative with phrasing. Now, it’s great to have new eyes on your business but to tell you the truth, its the online community you build through engagement that brings you the real growth and branding 💥
