You know how much time you waste on a weekly basis by “taking a lunch break?” 🤔

If you take 45 minutes to have your lunch, you’re losing almost 4 hours of valuable time every week.

5 Ingredients To A Successful Life.

☀️ Wake up early.
Ease into this by getting up 30 minutes earlier every day, until you arrive at your optimal wake up time (usually between 4:30am - 6am for most high performers).

💧 Drink a lot of water in the morning.
This is pretty self explanatory, add some lemon if you’ve got it. Hydrate your body.

🗒️ Structure out your day ahead of time.
You get WAY more done when you’re on a schedule and have things you must do, structured. Get really specific with this too, don’t have a “vague” or “loose” plan.

📱 Stop looking at social media so much.
Catch yourself when you start drifting into “scroll land” and put your phone down. Shift into doing something productive. Social media robs you of so much valuable time every day, and typically numbs your brain.

🙌 Identify 3 things you’re grateful for.
Do this every day in the morning. It immediately puts your brain / body into a state of gratitude which will serve as rocket fuel for getting things done and staying productive and happy.

🤔 In addition, spend at minimum 5 solid minutes thinking and focusing on 3 things you’re grateful for.

Clients like communication.

Clients like to know that they’re a top priority of yours.

Clients like to know that you’re WORKING on their stuff.

Communicate this to them.

Do it a lot.

🔙 And they keep coming back to you.

You’ll also attract way more clients into your life by doing this (for many reasons).

🧠 Your brain is wired to keep you comfortable, safe, protected, avoiding friction…

GROWTH can only happen when there is resistance - think of a muscle. It grow’s when you workout.

👍 You GROW when you experience discomfort.

Moral of the story? Seek discomfort. It will be the catalyst to your come up.

🤔 Understand that pain, problems, controversy, discomfort is all part of the process of leveling up physically, emotionally, spiritually and of course financially.

⛽ I'm all for speed, I'm an ALL GAS - NO BRAKES kinda guy... But one thing I do know is that results worth chasing can sometimes take time.

The great Warren Buffet said, "you don't get rich fast, you get rich slow."

🕔 While I think you can speed up the process of getting "rich" today vs. 10 years ago, it still takes time.

Work hard, put in consistent effort and stay hungry. The success part will take care of itself.

🗣️ Do EVERYTHING to the best of your ability, no matter what it is…

Here’s why:

How you do ANYTHING is how you do EVERYTHING.
Half a** doing the dishes at night? You’ll half a** your work.

👍 Just do EVERYTHING full out, 100%, all gas no brakes. If you’re not gonna do it well, don’t do it at all.

The more you do this, the easier it becomes.

Imagine if you did everything, but at 100%?
What would your life look like?
What would your body look like?
What would your relationships look like?
What would your income look like?

🔥 You get me? All gas, no brakes.
