Sounds simple really, but that’s how you build a business you never truly set out to create. After working the first 15 years of my career in advertising after graduating from USM – working my way up from Advertising Administrative Assistant to Copywriter, to Senior Copywriter, to Creative Manager, Advertising Manager, Creative Director and Marketing Director – Katrina hit.
I started freelancing at night to make up for the loss of my husband’s income after his building washed away – and I never stopped. When I needed flex time as a busy mom, I made the leap to full time freelance and CFA was born.
That was 2007. Today I am most fortunate to be surrounded by incredibly passionate, like-minded people who are so thankful to be able to do what they love. Together we see every day as a new opportunity to help others succeed – the core value that allows us to succeed as well.
