In
Jennifer is President of Action Research and a nationally recognized leader in applying behavioral science to environmental challenges. For more than 20 years, she has partnered with governments, businesses, and community organizations worldwide to design programs that influence behavior related to waste, climate, water, and biodiversity. She is co-author of Fostering Sustainable Behavior and an instructor in the Behavior Change and Sustainability Certificate Program at UC San Diego Extended Studies.
This keynote will equip attendees with practical tools grounded in research, helping organizations move from awareness to action and design Zero Waste programs that deliver measurable results.
