So, if you lubricate the inside of your nostrils, you can create a barrier that prevents dryness + irritation and also makes it harder for undesirables to get in.

// HOW TO MAKE IT + USE IT //

1. Start with 1 ounce of Young Living Rose Ointment OR Animal scents Ointment. Warm in a pan on low heat.

2. Mix in 7 drops of Egyptian Gold + 7 drops of Frankincense to the Rose Ointment. If you have ImmuPower or Lavender you can add in some drops of these, too.

3. Wash your hands and fingertips well!! 😍

4. Put a tiny bit of the nostril swipe salve on your fingertips (or a q-tip) and massage gently around the inside of your nostrils, getting as far up as you can while being super gentle.

5. Wash your hands again.

This year proved to be a rebuilding year for the Young Living Percherons, with three new horses making the starting lineup. Each drive at the 2022 Six-Horse Classic Series World Finals was an opportunity to learn and grow as a team and to form those unbreakable bonds between horse and driver. The Percherons competed in Shipshewana, Indiana, performing three nights under three judges. We are beyond proud to announce that Young Living Percherons placed third in the world! Each night, these six 2,000-pound horses drove with intensity, grace, and class. However, more than the ribbons and titles, this win brought the Young Living message to hundreds of thousands of spectators both near and far. Each night after the competition, the stalls were crowded with audience members wanting to know more about the horses, essential oils, and our message. It is in those moments that we know Gary is proudly looking down on his team.
In addition to being placed third in the world in the six-horse hitch, our very own Fall Festival and Draft Horse show was nominated as one of the top five draft horse shows. This event requires the hard work of many, and we are thrilled to see this labor of love recognized.
The Percheron team also took home the Reserve World Championship in the Dimond Drive Ladies Cart Class. This single horse must have the power to command the ring and the poise to drive for a lady. Our very own Etta’s King, aka “Jake,” gave wrangler Brittany Sparrow a true lady’s drive.
Many of you have seen that our gentle 2,000-pound giants need a good foundation. Tim Sparrow works as our team manager, as well as the farrier and blacksmith. He was nominated at the world finals by his peers for best shod hitch. This truly is an honor to his dedication and countless hours caring for the horses.
Our youngest member of the Percheron team staff, Rylen Sparrow, was the youngest competitor in the Classic Series Youth Finals at only 10 years old. Rylen took home 17th in the world in Youth Showmanship and 16th in the world in Youth Cart. These animals have the hearts of champions and love to do nothing more than show off in the ring. From the staff of the Young Living Percheron team, we cannot thank all our members, co-workers, families, and fans enough for all your support.
