Our Store Policies
Customer-Furnished Garments
We are not responsible for customer-furnished garments. Please keep this in mind when providing your own items for customization.
No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Orders
All approved custom orders are final. Because each order is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
Artwork Approval Required
All artwork must be approved by you before we begin production. Please review proofs carefully — once approved, we move forward as shown.
Rush Fees
Rush fees may apply if your order is needed within 5 business days or less. Please plan ahead whenever possible to avoid additional charges.
Art & Digitizing Fees
Art and/or digitizing fees may apply if the correct file format is not available. Please refer to our Art Policies for full details.
Quoting Turnaround
Please allow up to 5 business days for a quote. Due to the nature of our pricing process, on-demand quoting is not available.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upfront. We do not accept Net 30 or Purchase Order (PO) terms.
We know policies aren't the most exciting thing to read — but having clear expectations on both sides helps us deliver the best possible results for you.
